How is the access code sent to the guest?

The access code reaches the guest automatically, right after registration, together with the confirmation and the pass.

In the system we build in Cantù, in the province of Como, there is no manual sending: when the guest completes registration from the link in the invitation, the system generates the message and sends it. On the day of the event the guest presents the code and staff check it with a tablet scan.

Registration

The guest registers from the link received by email or newsletter.

Confirmation, pass and code

The system automatically sends a message with everything needed for the day of the event.

Check at the entrance

A tablet scan checks the registration and records attendance in real time.

How do you want to send codes to your guests?

Let's talk it through with the team: we work with companies in Como, Brianza, Milan and Canton Ticino.

Services of interest

For most corporate events a digital pass is the better choice: it arrives by email with the code and is checked with a tablet scan. A printed pass depends on the event format and should be discussed with the team. From Cantù, near Como, we work with companies in Brianza, Milan and Lugano.

To prevent multiple use of a pass you need named invitations, a code tied to one specific registration and a scan check at the entrance, which records attendance in real time. Rules for special cases are defined with our Cantù (Como) team, for events between Milan and Brianza.

If a guest loses their pass, the team finds their registration in the updated list and handles entry with the procedure agreed before the event. With a digital pass the risk is lower, because the message stays in their email. From Cantù, in the province of Como, we help companies in Brianza and Milan define it.

All a guest needs is a link: they receive the invitation, register and get their pass and access code; at the entrance the code is scanned from a tablet. We develop the system in Cantù, in the province of Como, for events across Lombardy and Canton Ticino.

Named, non-transferable invitations are handled by linking each invitation to one person, with a personal link and code checked by scanning at the entrance. The control rules are defined with the Cantù team according to the event, for companies in Como, Milan and Lugano.
