To welcome VIPs and special guests you assign them a dedicated category, with their own access, passes, communications and materials, so they automatically receive what they are entitled to. Entry stays simple, with a scan: we propose it for corporate events in Brianza, Como and Milan.
Code scanning works like this: the guest shows the code received with their pass, the welcome desk tablet reads it, and the system checks the registration and records attendance.
