How do I move contacts and calendars?

To switch from Gmail to business email, you create mailboxes on the company's domain, import the old messages and set up a temporary forward. NewVisibility, in Cantù, configures mailboxes protected by anti-virus and anti-spam for businesses in Como, Brianza, Milan and Canton Ticino.

With many users, the email migration is handled in stages: a pilot group, then departments or sites, with clear instructions for each. NewVisibility, in Cantù (Como), plans the schedule together with companies in Brianza, Milan and Lugano and remains the contact in the first days of use.

Historical email is archived by exporting the old mailboxes to a separate, searchable archive, or to a dedicated folder in the new mailbox. NewVisibility, in Cantù in the province of Como, handles the technical side for companies in Como, Brianza and Milan; for retention obligations it is best to ask your accountant.

If a mailbox is compromised, change the password straight away, close active sessions, check forwarding rules and filters and notify your contacts. If you need support in Como, Brianza or Milan, the NewVisibility team in Cantù can help you with the first steps.

A managed domain and email service includes choosing and registering the domain, renewals, mailboxes on the company domain protected by anti-virus and anti-spam and, if needed, PEC. NewVisibility handles it from Cantù, in the province of Como, for companies in Brianza, Milan and Lugano.
