Website development for a designer furniture brand
The furniture brand MisuraEmme has decided to revamp its image, starting with the creation of a new website, and has entrusted our agency with the project.
The standout feature of this project is the Moodboard Creator, a tool that allows visitors to create combinations of materials and finishes directly on the website. In bespoke furniture, choosing finishes is the most time-consuming stage of the consultation and almost always takes place in the showroom, in front of the samples: bringing some of this process online means customers arrive at their appointment with a clear idea of what they want, shortening a process that would otherwise require several meetings.
The catalogue is extensive and covers the entire home, from living room furniture to bookcases, from bedroom furniture to walk-in wardrobes, right through to sofas, tables, chairs and home accessories. Doors and partition walls complete a range that goes beyond mere furniture to influence the configuration of the space.
The website is available in three languages – Italian, English and Chinese – a choice that reflects the key markets for high-end Italian design. There are also corporate pages on the company’s profile, history, certifications and the relationship between innovation and the environment, a presentation of the flagship store in Milan, and a members’ area requiring registration for industry professionals.
Moving the longest part of the negotiations online
In bespoke furniture, choosing the finishes is the most time-consuming stage: it takes place in the showroom, looking at samples, and often requires several meetings before the customer makes up their mind. It is the real bottleneck in the negotiation process, far more so than choosing the model.
The Moodboard Creator tackles precisely this issue. It allows customers to put together combinations of materials and finishes on the website, so that they arrive at the appointment with a clear idea of what they want. It doesn’t replace the showroom; it makes it more effective: it’s the sort of tool that stems from asking where time is actually wasted, rather than adding features simply because they look modern.
NewVisibility was founded in 2013 based on an idea by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends who had already been building websites for several years before giving themselves a name. Since then, we have worked with over three hundred clients. We’re a team on a human scale: you speak directly to the people working on your project, with no middlemen, even after the site goes live.

NewVisibility, a web development agency in the province of Como, which designed the multilingual website and its tool for combining finishes.
A tool that lets you put together combinations of materials and finishes directly on the website, bringing online part of the work that is usually done in the showroom.
Because in bespoke furniture, choosing the finishes is the longest stage of the negotiation. When customers arrive with a clear direction in mind, fewer meetings are needed.
No, it makes it more effective. The physical sample remains decisive, but customers arrive having already ruled out the directions that do not interest them.
Day and night systems, bookcases, walk-in wardrobes, beds, sofas, armchairs, tables, chairs and accessories, as well as doors and partition walls for configuring the space.
Because high-end Italian design has an established outlet in Asian markets, and speaking the customer's language shapes how the brand is perceived.
Yes, it is one of our main areas of work. We are based in Cantù, in the furniture district, and we are registered on the Lombardy regional list for fashion and design.
