Papadatos Video production for the Salone del Mobile 2024
Video production for the Salone del Mobile 2024 Photo/VideoVideo of the Papadatos stand at the Salone del Mobile 2024 in square format
For the 2024 Salone del Mobile, Papadatos opted for a different format to the usual: a 1:1 square video, designed to work well in social media feeds. NewVisibility produced the content during the fair.
The editing focuses on the details of armchairs, tables and cushions, with warm colours and textured surfaces that really stand out in the square format. The clip is shorter than usual, making it ideal for content that can be watched in just a few seconds.
The video is in a 1:1 square format (1080x1080) and lasts 26 seconds. It is designed for the brand’s social media feeds.
A video of the stand has a longer lifespan than the trade fair itself: it remains on the website and social media for months, allowing the collections to be shown to those who couldn’t attend and providing material for newsletters and sales presentations.
The video department that oversees the project from concept to delivery
Behind this project is the video department at NewVisibility. Andrea is in charge of creative direction, whilst Marco and Edis are the hands and eyes behind the camera, from filming to editing and right through to post-production. At trade fairs, time is tight and lighting is beyond our control: we carry out a site visit before the event opens, draw up a schedule of the different areas and start filming once the stand is ready, so that the video and vertical clips for social media are available whilst the event is still underway.
Our video production service handles every project from concept to final edit. For filming, we use 300 to 1,200-watt LED projectors, sliders, dollies and Ronin gimbals, all of which we own. If you have a business, a product or a space to showcase, start with our video service.

Because the 1:1 aspect ratio makes good use of the space in Instagram and Facebook feeds, without the black borders of a landscape video.

The main video is a 1:1 square (1080x1080).
Following a site visit, a shot list and an agreement on the schedule: filming takes place at the ready-set stand, either before or during the exhibition, so that videos and vertical clips can be delivered whilst the event is underway.
For filming, we use LED lights ranging from 300 to 1,200 watts, sliders, dollies and Ronin gimbals, all of which we own.
The video department consists of Andrea, who is in charge of creative direction, and Marco and Edis, who handle filming, editing and post-production. From the site visit to the delivery of the files, the team remains the same.
Yes. For Reels and Stories, we create content in a vertical format, with a fast pace and the first few seconds designed to grab the viewer’s attention.
