Corporate video for the head office in Busto Arsizio
Abbattista’s head office in Busto Arsizio is not just one building: it houses the offices, the showroom for private customers, the warehouse and the counter area for trade customers. A single video would have meant sacrificing something, so we produced a series of 16:9 landscape videos in Full HD.
The main video lasts 2 minutes and 34 seconds and brings the different areas together in a single journey. Alongside this, we created three videos dedicated to the individual departments – the showroom, offices, warehouse and service counter – designed as separate videos to be embedded on the website’s pages to explain each sector of the company.
In the showroom, the footage follows the consultants as they guide customers through the products, finishes and material samples. The content on the offices takes the viewer behind the scenes at the headquarters, whilst the footage on the warehouse and counter reveals a side that usually remains hidden from customers but which, for professionals, is just as important as the showroom.
Filming at an operational site requires organisation: each space has different timings, people and lighting conditions, and the set must coexist with day-to-day work. The result is a series of videos that showcase both the site as a whole and the individual departments, suitable for use on the website and social media channels.
Filming at an operational site: the work of our video department
A video showcasing a site with offices, a showroom and a warehouse requires a team effort. Our video department consists of Andrea, who is in charge of creative direction, and Marco and Edis, who handle filming, editing and post-production. When you work with us, you deal directly with the people who film and edit your video.
NewVisibility’s video production service is also designed for use on the web. Corporate videos like this one are created to be split into several segments: one segment for each department or process, to be embedded on the client’s website alongside text explaining their products, services and way of working.
In operational environments, we use our own 300–1,200-watt LED projectors, sliders, dollies and Ronin gimbals: the lighting adapts to different spaces; sliders and dollies allow for fluid movements even amongst shelves and corridors; the gimbal enables us to follow people. For location and corporate videos, we also use drones.

Because the offices, showrooms, warehouse and counter each cater to different people. A main video provides an overview of the premises as a whole, whilst the department-specific videos are available where needed.
They are all landscape 16:9, in Full HD (1920x1080), suitable for websites, YouTube and corporate displays.
Our corporate videos are designed to be split into several parts: as well as the full-length video, short clips are created to be embedded on the website to explain processes, products and services.
For filming, we use LED lights ranging from 300 to 1,200 watts, sliders, dollies and Ronin gimbals, all of which we own. We also use drones for location and corporate videos.
The video department consists of Andrea, who is in charge of creative direction, and Marco and Edis, who handle filming, editing and post-production. From the site visit to the delivery of the files, the team remains the same.
Schedules and departments are agreed upon, a plan is drawn up, and filming takes place in different areas, so as to disrupt day-to-day work as little as possible.
