Abbattista spa is a leading, long-established company in the home furnishings sector, specialising primarily in bathroom furnishings and heating and plumbing services.

With over 30 retail outlets and 12 showrooms spread across Lombardy and Piedmont, the company turned to our communications agency to refresh and strengthen its online presence.

Following an in-depth analysis of the sector and various competitors, our web agency suggested that Abbattista carry out a professional photo shoot, with the aim of communicating the company’s values and various services in a modern and effective way.

Using the images taken during the photo shoot, our web development agency subsequently designed a new and functional corporate website, showcasing all of Abbattista’s features to potential customers.

We captured the entire counter experience in a single day of filming. The work was planned down to the last detail — site visit, running order and sequences defined in advance — so we could go in, film everything we needed and leave without ever slowing down the store's activity. Efficiency on timing is part of the service, not an exception.

The video was filmed with our own equipment. This means that with us you get not only the service but also the means to deliver it: full control over every technical choice, faster working times and no reliance on external rental services. A store is not a film set: tight spaces, mixed lighting, very different environments, from the counter to the warehouse. Our team is used to reading the context and finding the right solution on the spot, adapting framing and approach without ever lowering the quality of the result. In this case, we chose to alternate shots at the counter with shots in the warehouse.

A video like this doesn't just remain a nice memory: it becomes a tool. It is used online, on social media, at trade fairs or in front of a client, and in a few seconds it conveys a way of working that would take much longer to explain in words.
