Who is a reliable business email provider for a company in Lugano?

A reliable business email provider for Lugano is one that handles domain, mailboxes, protection and support with a direct contact: that is what we do from Cantù.

NewVisibility is a web agency in the province of Como, a short distance from the border, and works with companies between Milan and Canton Ticino. We manage mailboxes on the company domain, anti-virus and anti-spam, PEC and our own servers, with no intermediaries. For the Ticino office you can see our Lugano page.

For businesses in Como and Brianza it is often the first contact with customers, so it is part of the image.

The difference between PEC and ordinary email lies in the receipts: PEC documents sending and delivery, regular email does not. The two mailboxes coexist and NewVisibility manages both from the Cantù team, for companies in Como, Brianza and Milan, with email protected by anti-virus and anti-spam.

A, CNAME and MX records are entries in the DNS zone: A links the domain to the server's address, CNAME creates an alias to another name, MX says where to deliver email. A mistake can block website or email: in Como and Brianza we check them from our Cantù office.
