Oniro Group Development of the Jumbo Collection website
Development of the Jumbo Collection website WebDevelopment of a website with a members’ area for classic furniture
In the high-end classic furniture sector, sales almost never take place via the website. They are handled by selected retailers, design studios and contract orders, and the end customer arrives at the showroom already accompanied by someone. This radically changes the role of the website.
The project entrusted to our agency was based on this premise: rather than being a showcase for the general public, the website had to function as a working tool for the professional sector. This led to the three key choices that characterise it.
The first is the members’ area with login and password recovery, which separates public content from that intended solely for industry professionals. The second is the catalogues section, where documentation on the collections can be downloaded: for a retailer or designer, the catalogue is a working document, to be consulted offline and shared with the client during a meeting. The third is the interior design service, which is aimed at those who need to develop a complete project rather than those looking for a single item.
This approach turns conventional wisdom on its head. A furniture website designed for the consumer measures its success by the number of enquiries it receives; one designed for the trade measures it by how much work it saves for those selling on behalf of the brand. The project forms part of the Oniro Group’s ecosystem.
A furniture website may have a retailer as a user
In the high-end classic furniture sector, the end customer visits the showroom accompanied by a retailer or a designer. If the website is designed solely for them, it remains an elegant showcase that nobody actually uses for business.
Here, we have chosen the opposite approach, placing the channel at the centre: a members’ area, downloadable catalogues, and an interior design service. It is an approach that also changes the way results are measured, because a website like this is not judged by the enquiries it receives but by how much work it saves for those selling on behalf of the brand. Understanding who will actually use the website, before designing it, is what makes all the difference.
NewVisibility was founded in 2013 by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends who had already been building websites for several years before giving themselves a name. Since then, we have worked with over three hundred clients. We are a small, close-knit team: you speak directly to the people working on your project, with no middlemen, even after the site goes live.

NewVisibility, a web development agency in the province of Como, which designed the structure geared to the professional channel and developed the website.
Because in the high-end segment, sales go through selected retailers, designers and contract orders. The end customer arrives at the showroom already accompanied.
Content intended for trade professionals, kept separate from public content, with dedicated login and a password recovery procedure.
Because for a retailer the catalogue is a working document: they consult it offline and share it with the client during a meeting, even without a connection.
For those who need to develop a complete project, such as design studios and contract clients, not for those looking for a single piece of furniture.
Not by end-consumer enquiries but by how much work it saves those selling on behalf of the brand, in documentation and support during negotiations.
Yes, it is an important part of our work in the furniture sector: we design systems that separate public content from content intended for trade professionals.
