The site visit is when our team from Cantù sees the space, the routes and the critical points. It applies to a hall in Como as much as to a trade fair in Milan or an event in Ticino.
By talking it through in advance we avoid surprises during set-up.
Every site visit lets us propose a tailored solution and a clear quote.
Tell us where the event will be held and we will get back to you.
Yes, Orbital Shot can be installed in a showroom or exhibition space in Milan, as long as there is a free area and access suitable for loading, to be checked during a site visit. We work from Cantù with companies in Milan, Como and Brianza.
Yes, Orbital Shot can be brought to Lugano and Canton Ticino by arranging transport and formalities with the venue in advance; for customs procedures it is best to check with a consultant. From Cantù, close to the border, we coordinate the operational side of the trip.
Installation and support of Orbital Shot in Como and Milan are handled by NewVisibility, an agency with an in-house team in Cantù and international CSSDA awards for some of its websites. Whoever proposes Orbital Shot is also who sets it up and oversees it during the event.
Venue and transport affect the Orbital Shot quote because the structure has to be brought, installed and dismantled: distance from Cantù, access and available space all matter. For events in Como, Brianza, Milan or Lugano we assess each case, with a site visit if needed, without standard figures.
Orbital Shot for hotels, restaurants and horeca venues turns openings, themed evenings and private events into shared experiences: guests queue up and post on social media. NewVisibility operates from Cantù with businesses in the Lake Como area, Brianza, Milan and Lugano.
