Website development for a car repair garage

Autoronzoni was born from a passion for engines handed down from father to son: the business has had its roots in the Cantù area for almost fifty years, ever since Ronzoni Enrico opened a small garage. From there it grew into an all-round service, with a multi-brand repair shop operating since 1988.

The challenge of the project lay precisely in this breadth. Very different activities coexist under a single name: mechanical repairs, a full tyre service with leverless fitting and precision balancing, car sales and, above all, a branch no neighbourhood garage has, namely the fit-out of special vehicles. Since 2000 Autoronzoni has worked with the Corpo Nazionale Soccorso Alpino e Speleologico (the Italian Alpine and Cave Rescue Corps) fitting out rescue vehicles: light bars, sirens, winches, roof racks and mobile units equipped for logistics.

Flattening all this into a generic menu would have meant wasting the company's most distinctive expertise. We therefore tailored the categories to its real activities, giving each its own page: company, servicing, tyre change, fit-outs, sales and appointments. Each section thus competes for different searches, and the fit-out of rescue vehicles is no longer a footnote.

The most useful functional element, though, is the appointment request. Not a generic contact form, but a form that already collects the vehicle's model, year, engine size and fuel type, together with the preferred date and time. The garage receives a request ready to assess instead of a phone call from which to extract the same information. The graphics, themed on the business, make the sector instantly recognisable.

We know Cantù's businesses because we work alongside them

When we looked closely at Autoronzoni's business, something emerged that could not be seen from the outside: alongside ordinary mechanics there was the fit-out of vehicles for the Alpine Rescue service, a skill very few garages have and one that risked staying hidden behind the generic label of car repairs.

It is the kind of discovery you only make by listening before designing. That is why we spend most of our time understanding what a company really does and organising the categories accordingly, instead of applying the standard breakdown of industry portals. In the Cantù area most businesses are like this: family-run, grown through expertise more than strategy, with specialisations nobody has ever told the story of.

NewVisibility was founded in 2013 from an idea by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends, and since then has worked with over three hundred clients. We are a team on a human scale: you talk directly with the people working on your project, with no intermediaries, even after launch.

NewVisibility, a web agency that has worked in the Cantù area, in the province of Como, for years, and which designed the graphics, structure, service categories and appointment form of the site.

It is a long-established garage in Cantù, in business for almost fifty years: multi-brand repairs since 1988, a full tyre service, car sales and the fit-out of special and rescue vehicles.

Yes. The form collects the vehicle data together with the preferred date and time, with requests to be sent one or two working days in advance; the garage then confirms availability.

Because it lets the garage assess the job before getting in touch. A request that already states model, year and fuel type arrives qualified and cuts down on phone calls.

Because a garage with very different activities, from mechanics to special fit-outs, does not fit a standard structure. Bespoke categories bring out even the rarest skills.

Equipping vehicles for non-routine operations: light bars, sirens, winches, roof racks and mobile logistics units. Autoronzoni has worked with the Alpine Rescue service since 2000.

Yes, because searches are now local and online. Without its own site, the business only appears on portals where every competitor is presented in exactly the same format.

Yes, it is an important part of our work. We have worked in the area for years and design sites tailored to the catchment area and budget of family-run businesses.
