Website redesign for a professional equipment supplier
As.Tec. Impianti supplies professional equipment for kitchens and laundries throughout Northern Italy. After moving to larger premises as a result of internal growth, the company turned to our Como web agency to redesign its outdated website: its physical growth made the gap with an online presence stuck at an earlier stage all too clear.
The knot to untie was that As.Tec. sells two different things. On one side, the equipment, organised into five product families: kitchen, furniture, refrigeration, laundry and cleaning products. On the other, the service that accompanies its life cycle, from design to installation, from maintenance to repair, with after-sales support as an area in its own right.
We therefore built the website on two parallel axes, giving each product family and each service its own page. This choice serves users, because someone looking for maintenance on an industrial dishwasher is not looking for a catalogue, and it serves positioning, because each page competes for a distinct search query instead of being diluted in a single list.
The project is completed by a news and completed projects area, which documents finished work alongside the technical content, and a promo section for current offers. The website is responsive, suitable for browsing on any device, and is enriched with images supplied by the client and its suppliers: in a multi-brand catalogue, official photography avoids the compromise of generic images.
Selling equipment also means selling what comes after
With As.Tec. Impianti the decisive choice was recognising that the company has two offers, not one. There is the equipment, and there is everything that follows it over time: design, installation, maintenance, repair. In professional catering, after-sales service matters as much as supply, because a kitchen that stops is a service that grinds to a halt.
Giving services the same status as products, with their own pages, means reaching people looking for work on equipment that is already installed: a different need, often more urgent and closer to a purchase. It is the kind of reasoning that comes from looking at how the company really earns, not at the list of its product categories.
NewVisibility was founded in 2013 from an idea by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends who had already been building websites for several years before giving themselves a name. Since then we have worked with more than three hundred clients. We are a human-sized team: you speak directly with the people working on your project, with no intermediaries, even after launch.

NewVisibility, a web agency in Como, which handled the complete redesign of the website, the structure of products and services and the responsive development.
It supplies professional equipment and systems for kitchens and laundries throughout Northern Italy, with products for kitchens, furniture, refrigeration, laundry and cleaning.
Because they are two distinct offers. Someone looking for maintenance on equipment that is already installed is not browsing a catalogue: they have an urgent need and should be reached with a dedicated page.
Because the online presence stays stuck at the previous stage of the business. A company that has grown but shows an outdated website conveys an image that no longer matches reality.
To demonstrate the ability to deliver complete projects. In the professional equipment sector, finished work is the most convincing reference for a new client.
Because in a multi-brand catalogue, official high-quality photography is already available. Using it avoids the compromise of stock images, which weakens credibility.
Yes. We work with companies that sell equipment and technical services, designing structures that give visibility to both the catalogue and after-sales support.
