Website development for a contract quilting company
The Tinova website was built by our web agency in Como. In it we included the key information, including the products made and the different types of processing carried out by the company, which has been active in contract quilting since 1978.
The structure follows the logic by which a client looks for a production partner in textiles. Anyone who needs a quilting company does not start from the company's name but from the stage they need: they may be looking only for the quilting of a material they already have, or for a full cycle that delivers the finished product.
That is why each process has its own page: cutting, quilt engineering, quilting, automatic quilting, bias binding, finishing and making up. Six stages that cover the entire cycle and that, taken individually, capture very specific searches made by technical departments and production managers.
One item deserves particular attention: quilt engineering. It is the service that distinguishes a partner from a mere subcontractor, because it means working upstream on the feasibility and optimisation of the product, rather than simply executing a pattern received. In a contract sector where competition is also played out on price, design capability is the argument that makes it possible not to compete on price alone.
In contract manufacturing, design is the answer to price pressure
A company working as a subcontractor always risks being judged on a single parameter: price. It is the natural consequence of a position in which you execute what others have designed: if the result is identical, only the rate is left to make the difference.
That is why quilt engineering is the item that matters most on the Tinova website. It means working upstream on the feasibility and optimisation of the product, in other words offering something that cannot be matched by lowering a quote. Giving that service its own page, instead of listing it among the processes, is a positioning choice.
NewVisibility was founded in 2013 by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends who had already been building websites for several years before giving themselves a name. Since then we have worked with more than three hundred clients. We are a team on a human scale: you talk directly to the people working on your project, with no intermediaries, even after launch.

NewVisibility, a web agency in Como, which designed the process-based structure and developed the quilting company's website.
Contract quilting since 1978, with a cycle that includes cutting, engineering, quilting (including automatic quilting), bias binding, finishing and making up.
Because anyone looking for a subcontractor starts from the stage they need. They may need only the quilting or the entire cycle through to the finished product.
Upstream work on the feasibility and optimisation of the product, before production. It is what distinguishes a design partner from a mere subcontractor.
Because those who simply execute are judged on price alone. Design capability offers something that cannot be matched by lowering a quote.
Processing carried out with automated machinery, which allows higher volumes and repeatability than traditional quilting.
Yes, it is a field close to the industrial districts where we operate, where we know that a process-based structure is how clients look for a supplier.
