To raise public awareness and expand the sales network of SCS Camper e Caravan, a dealership operating in Canton Ticino, our agency built a simple yet clear website complete with all the information needed.
The structure brings together three activities that support one another in the recreational vehicle sector. Sales, with vehicles presented individually by model. The workshop, meaning servicing and fit-outs, which for a motorhome is a recurring service that builds loyalty. And rental, which deserves a special mention because it is often the first contact: many people rent before deciding whether to buy, and the dealership that accompanies them through that trial is the one they will come back to.
Treating rental as a secondary service would therefore be a commercial mistake. On the website it has its own section, like sales and the workshop, because it is a way in in its own right.
The catalogue presents the vehicles with one page per model, alongside a section dedicated to the brands represented, a useful entry point because people evaluating a motorhome often start from the manufacturer. The website is available in Italian, French and German, a choice consistent with the Swiss context and with a clientele that moves across several language areas.

In the motorhome world, rental is often treated as a side activity compared with sales. They are three ways in to the same customer at different moments of their story, and a website that favours only one loses the other two.
