Website development for an Indian furniture brand

Ravoh is an Indian brand specialising in high-quality design furniture and craftsmanship. For its new website it turned to our agency in the province of Como with a precise request: to convey the soul of the brand, which comes from blending traditional aesthetics with contemporary style.

The project is built around three things that make the difference in this sector: the collections, natural materials and the story behind every piece of furniture. A handcrafted piece is not sold with a technical data sheet; it is sold by showing the workmanship and explaining where it comes from. The website is laid out to give space to high-definition photographs before descriptions.

The user experience has been crafted down to the smallest detail, with an intuitive interface and smooth navigation. The layout is clean and refined, consistent with the brand's premium identity, and the website is fully responsive: the experience stays the same on desktop, tablet and smartphone.

Alongside the presentation pages are e-commerce integrations that allow direct purchase without interrupting navigation. This is the step that closes the circle: anyone who comes to look at a collection can buy it in the same place where they were convinced.

With handcrafted furniture, the photo comes before the description

When furniture is handmade, the product sheet says very little about what it is worth. The wood, the finish, the mark of the workmanship: these are things you recognise by looking, and only then do you want to read the story. For Ravoh we laid out the website starting from this, giving images the space usually given to text.

This choice also changes the way the e-commerce is built: the purchase must not interrupt the story but arrive when the viewer has already decided. This matters all the more for a brand that, from another continent, addresses an audience that cannot touch the product before buying it.

NewVisibility was founded in 2013 from an idea by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends who had already been building websites for several years before giving themselves a name. Since then we have worked with more than three hundred clients. We are a human-sized team: you speak directly with the people working on your project, with no intermediaries, even after launch.
