Website development for medical sterilisation containers

Pegaso Box, requiring a digital presence that reflected its excellence, commissioned our agency to create a website that would not only serve as a showcase for its products but also as an effective communication tool.

The company manufactures medical containers for autoclave sterilisation – a seemingly simple product, yet one that varies substantially depending on what it is intended to hold and who uses it. This forms the dual basis upon which the website is built.

The first is the product lines – four in total, each with its own page: steel, compact, anti-shock and vet. These are product families designed to meet different requirements in terms of material, size and protection of the contents. The second is the sectors of use: orthopaedic prostheses, dental instruments, medical instruments and veterinary instruments.

It is this second framework that makes the commercial difference, because buyers do not think in terms of product lines but in terms of their specific needs: a dental laboratory and a veterinary practice are looking for solutions tailored to their respective fields, not a generic container. Rounding off the project are the ‘Supports and Accessories’ and ‘Customisation’ sections – the latter, dedicated to bespoke solutions, is often the deciding factor in closing a sale for a technical product – as well as a section on sustainability. The website is bilingual, in Italian and English.

Customers search out of necessity, not by product range

A company organises its catalogue by product lines, because that is how it manufactures its products. But customers do not think in the same way: a dental laboratory is looking for a solution for dental instruments, not the ‘compact’ range.

That is why, with Pegaso Box, we have supplemented the four product lines with a navigation system organised by sector of use. This reflects, on the website, the difference between how products are manufactured and how they are purchased. The page on customisation completes the picture, because with a technical product, the ability to adapt it to one’s own needs is often the factor that seals the sale.

NewVisibility was founded in 2013 based on an idea by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends who had already been building websites for several years before giving themselves a name. Since then, we have worked with over three hundred clients. We’re a small, close-knit team: you’ll speak directly to the people working on your project, with no middlemen, even after the site goes live.

NewVisibility, a web development agency in the province of Como, which designed the catalogue structure and developed the bilingual website.

Medical containers for autoclave sterilisation, available in four lines and intended for orthopaedic, dental, medical and veterinary instruments.

Because customers look for a solution for their own field, not a product line. A dental laboratory and a veterinary practice have different needs.

They meet different needs in terms of material, size and protection of the contents, from the steel version to the compact one, through to the anti-shock line and the veterinary line.

Because with a technical product, the ability to adapt it to your own needs is often what closes the deal, more than the standard features.

Because the company also targets foreign markets. The English version allows it to present its lines and sectors of use to international contacts.

Yes. We design technical catalogues structured around the way customers search, with attention to the terminology required in regulated fields.
