Four distinct advisory services, a history dating back to 1947

Website for an accounting firm in Lugano

For Ottaviani Studio Commerciale, an advisory firm based in Lugano and active since 1947 in tax, corporate, wealth and real estate advisory services, our agency created the corporate website.

The structure distinguishes four advisory areas, each with its own page: tax, corporate, real estate management and wealth management. This is not a formal division, because they correspond to different clients: a company seeking corporate assistance, a private individual managing assets and a property owner have needs and languages that do not overlap.

What sets the firm apart is its longevity. A professional practice operating since 1947 spans several generations of clients, and this is a basis of trust that is hard to replicate: the website gives it space in the history section, alongside the manifesto, which sets out the firm's working principles.

Alongside the corporate credentials there is a presentation of the professionals, which is decisive in an advisory firm, because clients choose a person even before they choose a firm. The website is bilingual, Italian and English, a choice consistent with the context of Lugano, an international financial centre where a significant share of clients do not speak Italian.

From the province of Como we work with Canton Ticino

Lugano is an hour from our offices, which makes working with Swiss clients natural. But proximity does not mean an identical context: an international financial centre has a partly non-Italian-speaking clientele and expectations of restraint that differ from Italian ones.

With Ottaviani, the most significant choice was to separate the four advisory areas instead of presenting them as a list of services. A company seeking corporate assistance and a private individual managing assets do not speak the same language, and a firm operating since 1947 has the credibility to address both, as long as the website does not confuse them.

NewVisibility was founded in 2013 by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends who had already been building websites for several years before giving themselves a name. Since then we have worked with more than three hundred clients. We are a team on a human scale: you speak directly with the people working on your project, with no intermediaries, even after launch.

NewVisibility, a web development agency in the province of Como, which created the firm's bilingual corporate website.

Tax, corporate, wealth and real estate advisory, based in Lugano, with a history dating back to 1947.

Because they correspond to different clients. A company seeking corporate assistance and a private individual managing assets have distinct needs and languages.

Because a professional practice operating since 1947 spans several generations of clients. It is a basis of trust that a new competitor cannot replicate.

Very. In advisory services, clients choose a person even before a firm, so the profiles are part of the decision, not secondary content.

Because it is an international financial centre and a significant share of clients do not speak Italian. The English version is a requirement, not an add-on.

Yes. Canton Ticino is a short distance from our offices in the province of Como, and we work with several clients across the border, both in person and remotely.
