The entire life cycle of the motorbike, not just the purchase

Website development for a motorbike dealership

The iconic Millepercento dealership, a landmark for Moto Guzzi enthusiasts in Alzate Brianza for over twenty years, has collaborated with our agency to create a cutting-edge website. The objective was clear: to create a high-performing and comprehensive website, worthy of a business whose motto sums it up in a single phrase: ‘History cannot be bought.’

The structure stems from a consideration of the relationship between the motorcyclist and the dealership, which does not end with the purchase. Those who buy a motorbike return for servicing, for a piece of technical clothing, sometimes to hire a different model, and need insurance. A website built solely around the catalogue would only cover the first of these occasions and ignore all the others – which are the very ones that encourage repeat business.

For this reason, the website is organised into six distinct sections: motorbikes, workshop, hire, clothing, shop and insurance. Each corresponds to a real need and a different search query, and together they cover the entire lifecycle of the customer relationship.

The issue of identity deserves particular attention. Millepercento is not a generic retailer but a point of reference for enthusiasts of a brand with a distinct history, and this needed to be as evident on the website as the commercial offering itself. Hence the emphasis placed on telling the brand’s story and on the news and events section, because in this world, the community matters just as much as the product. The website is bilingual in Italian and English.

Anyone who sells motorbikes also sells everything that comes with them

A motorbike dealership website based solely on the catalogue captures only one moment – the purchase – and overlooks all the others that generate repeat business: servicing, technical clothing, hiring a different model, and insurance. These are also the searches that an existing customer carries out when they have a specific need.

With Millepercento, we have therefore given equal prominence to six areas. And we’ve made room for identity, because a dealership that has been a point of reference for enthusiasts of a historic brand for over twenty years is not just any old retailer: in this world, the community matters just as much as the product, and a website that ignores this misses out on the best part of the story.

NewVisibility was founded in 2013 based on an idea by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends who had already been building websites for several years before giving themselves a name. Since then, we have worked with over three hundred clients. We’re a team on a human scale: you speak directly to the people working on your project, with no middlemen, even after the site goes live.

An official Moto Guzzi dealership and workshop in Alzate Brianza, a point of reference for the brand's enthusiasts for over twenty years.

Because the relationship with the motorcyclist does not end with the purchase. Workshop, hire, clothing and insurance are the moments when the customer comes back.

Workshop and servicing, motorbike hire, technical clothing, an online shop and the option to arrange insurance for the bike.

Because a historic dealership is not just any retailer. In the motorbike world, community and brand identity matter as much as the commercial offering.

To keep the community of enthusiasts alive, who take part in rallies and initiatives. It is an audience that returns to the website for reasons unrelated to buying.

Yes, we work with several businesses in the automotive and motorcycle sector, designing structures that showcase both sales and after-sales services.
