Website development for a robotic lawn mower dealer

Futuro Semplice is a shop specialising in gardening equipment, with a stated positioning that sums up its offer: silent gardening. The expression reflects the choice to focus on robotic lawn mowers and battery-powered equipment, as alternatives to traditional petrol machines.

The project revolves around a consideration specific to this market. A robotic lawn mower is not a product you buy and take home: it has to be sized for the garden, installed after a preliminary site survey, maintained during the season and stored over the winter. The product is the start of a relationship, not the end of a sale.

That is why the website gives services the same prominence as the catalogue, organising them into four standalone pages: site survey and installation, robot maintenance and repair, system maintenance, and servicing with winter storage. These are the moments when customers come back, and they are also the searches a person who already owns a robot makes when they have a problem.

The catalogue presents the models with a page for each one, covering the main brands in the sector, and extends to battery-powered equipment. The project is completed by a section showcasing installed systems and an area dedicated to tips and promotions, which combines informative content with commercial initiatives.

When the product is the beginning of a relationship

A robotic lawn mower is not something you buy and take home: it has to be sized for the garden, installed after a site survey, maintained during the season and stored over the winter. Treating it on the website as an off-the-shelf product would mean telling only the first of the moments in which the customer meets the company.

That is why, with Futuro Semplice, we gave the four services standalone pages with the same prominence as the catalogue. There is also a practical reason: anyone who already owns a robot and has a problem searches for exactly those words, servicing or repair, and those searches bring in customers just as much as purchase searches do.

NewVisibility was founded in 2013 by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends who had already been building websites for several years before giving themselves a name, and who now have more than 20 years of experience. Since then we have worked with more than three hundred clients. We are a team on a human scale: you speak directly with the people working on your project, with no intermediaries, even after launch.

NewVisibility, a web development agency in the province of Como, which designed the structure linking catalogue and services and developed the shop's website.

Because a robotic lawn mower requires a site survey, installation, seasonal maintenance and storage. The product is the start of a relationship, not the end of a sale.

Yes. The robot has to be sized for the area and layout of the garden, so the preliminary site survey is part of the service and not an optional step.

End-of-season servicing and storage of the machine during the months it is not in use, so that the robot is ready to work again in spring without last-minute interventions.

Because anyone evaluating a robot compares specific models and often searches by name. A dedicated page captures that search and makes it possible to describe the model's features.

Yes, we work with several local businesses, designing structures that showcase both the catalogue and the after-sales services that bring customers back.
