Dott. Ballestrasse Website for a dental practice in the province of Monza and Brianza
Website for a dental practice in the province of Monza and Brianza WebWebsite for a dental practice
For the dental practice of Dott. Fabio Ballestrasse, in the province of Monza and Brianza, our agency built a website that goes beyond presenting the practice and the treatments it offers.
The structure is organised on three levels. The first covers the treatments, from general dentistry and implantology to laser and cosmetic dentistry, each with a page explaining its scope and indications. The second covers the technologies, and here the choice was to give every piece of equipment its own page, from the computerised anaesthesia delivery system to conscious sedation with nitrous oxide and piezosurgery.
This second decision deserves an explanation, because it is what sets the project apart. In the common perception, a visit to the dentist is associated with fear, and a technology such as computerised anaesthesia or conscious sedation responds precisely to that fear. Explaining them one by one, each on its own page, turns technical equipment into reassuring arguments and captures the searches of people looking for a solution to their own discomfort.
The third level is the patient information area: first appointment, smile assessment, aftercare instructions and frequently asked questions. It is the most useful part of the site, because it guides people before and after their visit, reducing uncertainty and the volume of phone calls to the practice. The project is completed by the clinical cases, the section dedicated to the team and the patient testimonials.
Turning technical equipment into reassuring arguments
On a dental practice website, the choice that made the biggest difference was giving each technology its own page instead of listing them in a single paragraph. Computerised anaesthesia, conscious sedation and piezosurgery are not details for specialists: they respond directly to the fear with which many people approach a visit.
Explaining them one by one turns a list of equipment into as many reassuring arguments, and reaches the people looking for exactly that solution. The patient information area follows the same principle, reducing uncertainty before the visit and easing the volume of phone calls to the practice. These are decisions that come from asking what visitors to the site feel, not what the business wants to say.
NewVisibility was founded in 2013 by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends with more than 20 years of experience building websites. Since then we have worked with over three hundred clients. We are a team on a human scale: you talk directly with the people working on your project, with no intermediaries, even after launch.

NewVisibility, a web development agency in the province of Como, which handled the design, content structure and development of the dental practice's website.
Because equipment such as computerised anaesthesia or conscious sedation responds to the fear with which many people approach a visit: explained individually, they become reassuring arguments.
Guidance on the first appointment and smile assessment, aftercare instructions and frequently asked questions: content that guides people before and after their visit.
It reduces patient uncertainty and the volume of phone calls. Many recurring questions are answered on the website, freeing up time for the front desk.
Because they document real results. In dentistry, patients judge the outcome of treatment, and a documented case is more convincing than any description of a technique.
A great deal, when choosing a practice. Together with the presentation of the team, they build the initial trust that leads someone to book their first visit.
Yes, it is an area we work in on an ongoing basis, designing structures that explain treatments and technologies in a way that people outside the sector can understand.
