Website development for an office solutions company
CI.ERRE Ufficio asked our development team to create a website that would present all the services offered to its customers while also expressing the playful, informal character of its staff. Two requests that tend to cancel each other out in B2B websites: completeness leads to coldness, personality to superficiality.
The answer came through illustration. Our graphic design team created a series of bespoke animated icons that became the site's distinctive feature: they give the interface personality without taking space away from the information, and they set the company apart from competitors who all communicate in the same corporate tone.
Beneath this visual layer the structure is rigorous and divides the offer into three business areas. Printing, split into office, production and consumables. IT, with computers, servers and storage solutions, infrastructure and networks, software and web services. Furniture and interactive solutions, with furniture, projectors, interactive solutions and large-format displays.
The most useful element on an operational level, however, is the split support area: two separate sections, one for printing and one for IT, because a customer with a broken-down printer and one with a network problem have different urgencies and different contacts. On top of this there is remote support, with the remote access software downloadable directly from the site. The project is completed by a news section on technical and regulatory topics, the company's locations and an accessibility statement.
A company's character is designed, not declared
Ci.Erre wanted a website that covered its services in full and, at the same time, conveyed the informal character of its staff. Saying in a text that a company is informal does not work: it has to be shown. That is why our graphic design team drew bespoke animated icons, which give the interface personality without taking space away from the information.
Being able to do this depends on how we are organised: graphic design and development work together, so illustrations are conceived from the start for the spaces in the layout and the weight of the pages, rather than being commissioned externally and adapted afterwards. Beneath the visual layer, meanwhile, we kept a rigorous structure, because character must never come at the cost of clarity.
NewVisibility was founded in 2013 by Andrea and Luca, lifelong friends who had already been building websites for more than 20 years before giving themselves a name. Since then we have worked with more than three hundred clients. We are a team on a human scale: you talk directly to the people working on your project, with no intermediaries, even after launch.

NewVisibility, a web development agency in Como, which handled the design, content structure, responsive development and the bespoke animated icons drawn by our graphic design team.
It provides printing and office solutions: printing systems, IT with servers and networks, software, furniture and interactive solutions, with dedicated technical support.
By showing it rather than declaring it. Bespoke animated icons communicate an informal tone without the site having to give up complete information.
Because they are different urgencies handled by different technicians. A customer with a broken-down printer and one with a network problem need to reach the right contact without intermediate steps.
It lets the technician connect remotely to the customer's computer. Making the software downloadable directly from the site shortens response times.
Because it positions the company as a knowledgeable point of reference on issues customers have to deal with, and generates organic traffic from highly qualified informational searches.
Yes. Our graphic design team designs bespoke icons and illustrations, conceived from the start for the spaces in the layout rather than adapted afterwards.
