The success of social networks

The success of social networks

Mark Zuckerberg's success is unstoppable: Facebook users grow every day, approaching exorbitant figures such as two billion people, while those who broadcast live video have quadrupled.

Facebook's “Live” broadcasts know no limits, so much so that the selfie video has also conquered Instagram, the social network devoted entirely to photos: recently, in fact, Facebook's chief executive decided to take Snapchat's idea of creating short videos that disappear after a short time and apply it to Instagram.

His aim is clearly to replace Snapchat and channel all user traffic to Instagram, where more than 100 million people create stories every day.
To do this, Zuckerberg has added new features, such as filters and masks that people can have fun with to change their appearance.

WhatsApp is also keeping pace with the other social networks, confirming a user base of one billion people: we at NewVisibility, a web agency in the province of Como, are certain that this figure will keep growing, as we see every day how more and more companies are asking for media-related services and for the design and monitoring of social strategies.

These figures provided by Facebook's CEO clearly show an increasingly “social” reality, in which very little remains private in people's lives, as they can now create videos to show live what they are doing.

We are curious to see what Zuckerberg's next step will be.
