Happy Birthday Google!

Today Google turns 21!

The world's most famous search engine was founded in 1998, although nobody knows why its birthday is celebrated precisely today, 27 September.

Google is among the most visited websites in the world and has also given rise to some expressions derived from its name, such as "to google", the verb now commonly used for "search on Google".

Born in a garage on the outskirts of Menlo Park, Google is today a company worth 800 billion dollars that has managed to revolutionise the way we search for information and use the internet, answering trillions of questions and searches from users all over the world every day.

In these 21 years the search engine has received a great many updates and our web agency has kept pace, studying the various changes to the algorithm behind Google, in order to optimise the websites we build and make them easy to read for users and search engines alike.
